BBA STUDENTS WIN "GLC Global Leader Challenge 2007"

 


Congratulations to Ms. Arin Chirapaisarnkul, Mr. Suravij Nakornthap, Ms. Pathiya Todhanakasem and Ms. Supitcha Fooanant. These 3rd and 4th year IB students in the BBA program recently won the first place award in the 1st National Global Leader Challenge (GLC 2007). This competition took place on Saturday, September 15, 2007 at Assumption University in Bangkok.

Congratulations to Ms. Sirin Akaraphan, a 4th year accounting major student, who has been added to the Dean’s Honor Roll for her outstanding academic performance during her participation in the Exchange Program at New York University in the spring 2007 semester (January-May 2007).

Orientation Trip

The Orientation for the first-year students of the BBA International Program was held on September 1-2, 2007 at Beach Garden Hotel Cha-Am, Phetchaburi. Games and activities were provided in order to enhance relationship between the freshmen and senior students. The freshmen enjoyed outdoor activities and learnt unity, teamwork skill and endurance. Useful information were given to the students by BBA Director and Committee such as university rules and regulations, students' codes and conducts, how to balance life between studying and other activities, etc.

OPEN HOUSE 2007

Faculty of Commerce and Accountancy hosted an Open House to high school students and their parents. Information regarding the BBA program was given by Director on September 1, 2007.

Welcome Party for Exchange Students

Dean Asst.Prof.Dr.Annop Tanlamai, BBA Director Dr.Kriengkrai Boonlert-U-Thai, and the committee greeted BBA exchange students at the 2007 Fall Semester Welcome Party. The exchange students are from: USA, Canada, France, Germany, Sweden, New Zealand, Switzerland, Korea, Singapore, Japan and Australia. The party was held at Montien Hotel on August 24, 2007.

BBA STUDENT RECEIVED JASSO SCHOLARSHIP

Congratulations to Ms.  Sirin Akaraphan , a fourth year accounting major BBA student on being awarded  a JASSO (Japanese Student Services Organization) Scholarship for an exchange at Waseda University, Japan  during September 2007 - July 2008.
