Facilities
The Department of Banking and Finance, Chulalongkorn Business School is the first business school in Asia Pacific, and only one in Thailand to offer a state-of-the-art financial laboratory equipped with 50 all-in-one terminals for its students. What makes our financial lab unique and distinguished from a typical computer lab is the world-leading financial software (e.g. Reuters, Bloomberg, Morningstar), databases for class lecture and research (e.g. Datastream, SDC Platinum, WRDS), trading data from the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) and the Thai Bond Market Association (ThaiBMA). In addition, the financial lab also provides essential statistical software, (STATA, SAS) and trading simulation software (FTS, Rotman Trading Simulation) to offer a unique, dynamic and realistic learning experience. All of the facilities are the proof of our goal and intention to provide modern and complete tools for students and faculty for the ever-changing business world.
