We are incredibly proud to announce that our BBA Chula student, Ms. Chanapat Somboonkittichai, has won the 1st Prize at the prestigious ASEAN China India Youth Leadership Summit (ACIYLS) 2025!
Ms. Chanapat Somboonkittichai competed as part of Team 16 (MATTIES) in this unique international competition, where representatives from ASEAN, China, and India are mixed into new teams to foster cross-cultural collaboration and innovation.
Their winning project tackled the summit's theme, "Cultivating Climate-Positive Cities," by developing: Smart flood forecasting sensors (mmWave + AI) providing real-time, street-level flood alerts right here in Bangkok!
This impactful solution directly addresses UN SDGs 11 & 13 and showcases the critical role how students can play in designing practical, technology-driven solutions for real-world urban challenges.
