This event marks the third year of Chulalongkorn University and Bain and company joint recruitment efforts.

The evening began with Case Club President Tassuda (Aim) opening address. Echoing Bain’s recruitment message of “People, Passion, and Results”, she pointed out that we have attended international case competitions, have continuous training, and have winning outcomes. She closed her talk with expressing thanks to the company for organizing this event.

Bain and company visit was to recruit people for the associate consultant position and give career advice. Mr. Derek Keswakaroon (Manager) gave insights on the company’s work and expansion plans. Mr. Joseph Sharad Apte (Partner) joined the discussion to answer questions and shared how experience reflects to different point of views for consulting as a career.

Regarding the recruitment process, the company would like to attract the best and brightest students. They continued that no particular area of study is preferable, but dedication and smarts are a requirement. Bain encourages all BBA students to apply. We look forward to the Case interview workshop that will be conducted later this year.
