     Online Application via http://admission-bba.acc.chula.ac.th/ and Admission applicants can only submit the admission packet (including the
 application
 fee payment evidence) online system on the application date. The application will be rejected if the required scores are not reported in our
 online system on the application date. 

        Note : the application fee of 1,500 Baht is non-refundable.

  Information for the Interview Showlisted Applicants:
     1. Dress code : Applicants must dress in proper attire or in student uniform, Applicants in a improper cloth (jeans, t-shirt, sandals) will be rejected for the interview.
     2. Interview time : Applicants must arrive at the interview room 30 minutes before the scheduled interview period.
     3. During Interview : Applicants can pass the interview by demonstrating the strong communication in English.
     4. Document : Applicants must bring along the applicant card, ID card or Passport.

   Enrollment confirmation through TCAS67 system for 2025 Early admission round & BBA-NextGen admission (1st Round)
      The selected applicants must complete an online confirmation (round 1) through the TCAS67 system (http://student.mytcas.com) during February 5-6, 2025 according to the Council of University Presidents of Thailand. If selected applicants do not complete the online confirmation within the specified period, it means that the applicants reject the admission to the program for the academic year 2025 (Early admission round).

   Second Round Application period for 2025 Admission round (2nd Round) is open from February 26, 2025 to March 26, 2025.

Please be notified of the penalty on late payment of the tuition fees as follows:

  Payment made after the commencement of the Fall, Spring, and Summer semester will be fined THB 100/Day but not over THB 3,000.

In order to avoid a fine on late payment, students must make the payment before the semester starts according to the stipulated schedules of each semester.

Objectives of the Internship Program :

All students majoring in IB and BM majors are required to complete the Internship as a graduation requirement (internship is optional for other majors). During the summer semester of your third year of study, students must complete an internship in a national or international business organization or government agencies. Students are encouraged to choose a workplace that matches your interests, or the type of job that could benefit your future careers. The areas of business in which students are allowed to have their internship include for example, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Personnel management, Consulting, sales management, Transportation, Import/export management, Content marketing, Startup Marketing, Sales and Marketing, Partner Marketing Innovation, Marketing and Community Assistant/Associate, Marketing Communication, eCommerce Product Marketing & Systems Specialist, Social Media Marketing Specialist, Online Marketing, Digital Marketing, Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC), Digital Content and Email Marketing Specialist, and general management. The choice of workplace is subject to the final approval by the course instructor(s).

  • The internship course is graded on a pass/fail basis. Students are required to successfully complete the internship learning opportunities
  • After students have finished their internships during the summer semester 2024 of academic 2023, course registration must be completed during the Fall semester 2025 of academic year 2025, as follows:
    • 2602414 INTER BUS INTERN for IB major. (Prerequisite: 2602371 PRIN INTL BUS MGT)
    • 2605430 MKTG INTERNSHIP for BMM major. (Prerequisite: 2605311 PRIN MKTG)
Informations & Eligibility :
  • The internship period is typically during the Summer Semester (June–July).
  • Students must complete a minimum of 240 working hours (excluding lunch break from 12:00–13:00 hrs) to be eligible for internship credit.
  • Internship hours must be completed in one continuous period and cannot be split into separate terms.
  • Many companies offer formal 2-month internship programs to provide in-depth learning and valuable work experience.
  • Internships under SIP or CBA Chula do not count toward the BBA Internship Program.
  • Students must attend and successfully complete the Internship Preparation Course. Failure to attend or meet the course requirements will result in ineligibility to register for the internship course.
  • Internship placements are available in Bangkok, other provinces in Thailand, and internationally. Students are responsible for all related expenses, including travel and accommodation.
Internship Application Process for Summer Semester :

Students who wish to participate in the Summer 2025 Internship Program must follow the steps below:  

 Step 1: Complete the Online Application
  • Access the Internship Application System
  • System opens: November 1, 2024, at 9:00 a.m.
  • System closes: May 10, 2025, at 3:00 p.m.
 Step 2: Prepare Required Documents (in PDF format)
  • Resume (CV)
  • Non-official transcript (downloaded from Reg Chula)
 Step 3: Submit Documents

Internship Period :

  Students will be given the internship package, which will include the official nomination letter, course outline, evaluation form, timesheet form by BBA Office and topics for the internship report before the internship start one week. These must be completed and submitted according to instructions.

Evaluation for Successfully Completing Internship Course :
  • The internship evaluation is based on the following four required documents
1. Evaluation Form completed by the Company
2. Internship Report
3. Timesheet / Time Record
4. PowerPoint Presentation used during the internship presentation
  Please ensure all documents are complete and submitted on time. Late submissions may affect your evaluation.
