"During the first two weeks of April, BBA hosted a Thai class for the exchange students from all over the world this term. The class was organized by students who were eager to create more opportunities for exchange students to get to know more of the Thai students, the Thai language and the Thai culture. Not only did it covered nearly all survival phrases and useful words for situations, the Language part of the class even included role plays for meeting a person for the first time and a mock negotiation. The Culture part of the class covered the Do’s and Don'ts, customs of Thailand, and special “aspects” of Thai Culture that cannot be found anywhere else.
 

 

 

As a freshman of the Faculty of Business and Accounting in Chulalongkorn University, I would like to conclude that the Orientation Trip at the Thai Daimond Land Kaengkrachan, Phetchaburi Province on June 16-17, 2014 was a meaningful journey that introduced me to the this new chapter of my life, university. The team works organized by wonderful teachers awoke us once again the most essentials elements not just in business but in my life. The activities held contained valuable morals such as trust among the team members, communication, and the importance of the rules given. Each lesson was deeply engraved in my heart as each activity was done and I felt much closer to the concept of this The warm welcoming from the seniors relived me a lot from the pressures from the new world. Their games were entertaining and I realized that I was blessed to have these kind people as my seniors. Lastly, I would like to thank the BBA Committee who had organized this camp and created great memories and more friends who will be spending my next four years of my life. Now, I say I am ready for BBA.
