KPMG ASEAN Scholarship Award
KPMG ASEAN Scholarship Award is a scholarship given to second-year students by supporting through tuition fees grant for 3 years of undergraduate degree. The scholarship offers two internships; one with the local branch in Bangkok and another KPMG office in ASEAN (Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia). After graduation, each scholar is required to work for the company for at least 2 years with opportunities to work abroad.
Selection Process
The selection process divides into 3 steps. First, KPMG screened the online application and the qualified applicants were invited to take English and Mathematics proficiency tests at the office. Second step is to take part in one-day workshop. The workshop has 2 sections; innovation presentation and brief business case analysis. Lastly, 20 selected applicants were invited for final interview and presentation. Only 5 applicants were rewarded for this scholarship.
“At first, I hesitated to apply for this scholarship but I gave it a try. I got excited every time I received emails from KPMG informing that I passed to the next round, and, finally, I got this scholarship. I sincerely thanks to KPMG for giving me this great opportunity to explore and widen my perspective in my career path. Moreover, I would like to cheer up all first-year students to apply for this scholarship. Do not underestimate yourself and always do your best for everything."
