On February 2, 2019, AI & Co., the representative team from BBA Chulalongkorn University, won the 2nd Runner-Up title at Champions Trophy Case Competition 2019, at Auckland, New Zealand.

Champions Trophy is known to be one of the most prestigious competitions in the world, featuring 12 top-performing universities that have won another competition during the prior calendar year.

The unique challenges about Champions Trophy are the 5-hour format with prohibition of computer usage and a 10-minute presentation time. The competition consisted of 4 rounds with different themes in each case: a house charity, a publicly traded wind farm company, a milk product SME, and a B2B IT solutions SME.

After the first 3 rounds, AI&Co. finished first overall in the division. As a result, they were crowned as the division winners and advanced to the final round against 4 other teams. The team presented their solutions to Chairman of the case company, consultants, and industry experts. After a competitive final round, the team placed 3rd overall in the competition.

On behalf of the team, we would like to express our sincere appreciation to the BBA International Program, Case Club Chula, Ajarn Tim, Ajarn Buraj, Ajarn Kritinee, Ajarn Kanis, and our dear alumnus for their dedicated support and guidance throughout the months.
