Team Name: Thailand Digital Reformist

Our team was awarded for participating in KPMG's U-REAL season IV business cases competition in the “Client” category. Through our journey, we had a chance to purpose a solution to transform Thailand with digital. For the final round, we were asked to use the ideation and innovation to support the topic, including Client, People, and Public Trust. We chose to proceed with formulating a creative solution for sustainable business growth in Thailand’s Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC) which belongs to the client category.
The evaluation criteria included idea & innovation, technology enablement, specificality, practicality and sustainability.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank you KPMG for giving us a chance to participate and innovate creative solutions. Also, special thanks to our advisor and mentors for supporting us and giving useful consultations along the way.

KPMG’s U-REAL case competition has been more than just a business case challenge but it has been an eye-opening, growth-seeking, and an innovation-stimulating journey to all of us. This experience has made us grow in a variety of skills from soft communication skills to hard analytical skills. We would like to give a special thank you to KPMG Thailand for giving us the opportunity to push our creativity and analytical skills to the max. Thank you to our KPMG mentors: Mr.Touchanon Phongkunawut and Ms. Tinyada Kongsin for always giving us constructive feedback and encouragement throughout the competition! Last but not least, a special thank you to our advisor Dr. Jomsurang Ruangprapun for enhancing our technical skills and incorporating new technological knowledge to advise our team. Our team, Last Minute Consulting, was awarded the Honorable Mention in KPMG's U-REAL season IV business cases competition. In the first round, we had to propose a solution to transform Thailand with digital. In the final round, we had a chance to use the ideation and innovation to support either Client, People, or Public Trust. We chose the topic “Public Trust” which focuses on building an ethical and strong organization.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank KPMG for giving all of us a chance to propose innovative solutions and special thanks to our mentors, advisors, and colleagues.
